MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTROL

The company conducts multilevel control of microbiological purity and sanitary quality, identifies and removes defects in the technological process. Technologists are engaged in testing the resistance to microbiological contamination of raw materials, materials, containers, air samples, water, equipment, inventory, overalls, hands of production personnel based on quality standards, product safety and customer specifications.

Due to the timely identification of problems with microbiological control, economic, image losses, as well as losses of the product sales market are minimised.

Upon receipt of raw materials, microbiological monitoring is mandatory, which allows maintaining a high level of hygiene, as well as sanitation in production. Timely disinfection of pathogenic and other destructive microflora is carried out.
