PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL CONTROL
Physical and chemical control at the enterprise begins with diagnostics of the quality of raw materials, materials, containers, air samples, water, equipment, inventory, overalls, hands of production personnel.
Thanks to highly qualified laboratory technologists, confidence in the quality of products is achieved. All technological stages of production are carried out strictly according to the instructions. After filling any batch of product, the equipment is thoroughly washed using antibacterial agents, and then washed with technical alcohol to remove any possible traces of the previous batch, this ensures the highest possible purity of the technological process. Then the technological control department (TCD) checks the physical parameters based on the label: quantity, weight, volume of the product in one package.
All technological processes undergo intermediate control, additional research and express analyses, based on the norms of technical documentation.
